Pause in the allocation of share options to DLH's management

The executive board and the other members of group management have been
participating in a revolving share option scheme since 2002 with an annual
allocation on 1 April.

DLH's development in the financial results gave rise to the introduction of
several cost saving measures in 2009, including a general freeze in employees'
salaries at the 2008 level. On the basis of this it has been decided to suspend
the allocation of share options to the executive board and the other members of
group management as at 1 April 2009 for the period from 1 April 2009 to 31
March 2010 without compensation.

Previously allocated share options are not affected by the above mentioned
suspension and run unchanged as described in DLH's 2008 annual report in note
7.

The general guidelines for the incentive remuneration of the management, which
were approved at the annual general meeting in 2008, can be found on the
company's website.
