Concerning acquisition of companies

On 31 March 2009, the Board of AB Bank SNORAS made a decision to acquire 100
per cent shareholdings of AB Invalda: 
	1. AB „Finasta įmonių finansai“ owning 100 per cent of AB bankas Finasta;
	2. The brokerage company AB Finasta;
	3. The managing company UAB „Invalda turto valdymas“;
	4. The managing company AS IPS Finasta asset management (Latvia).
