Hawkins, Ph.D., to its Board of Directors. As President and CEO of, OFS, a business growth and technology services firm she founded more than a decade ago, Hawkins brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in infrastructure development to Teresis as it looks to strategically expand its offerings and presence in the digital asset management technology market.
Dr. Hawkins has an impressive management background that includes executive operational experience, substantive policy-making, strategic planning, managerial and profit/loss responsibility in the Fortune 100 business sector as well as in the public and non-profit sectors. She is a recognized forensic expert witness and litigation support consultant in complex business issues including corporate governance, business disputes and supply chain practices.
As a former senior executive in two Fortune 100 companies, Cummins Engine Company and Westinghouse, Dr. Hawkins successfully reengineered "turnarounds" of financially and organizationally distressed units. She has also had lead responsibility for coordination and implementation of groundbreaking automated purchasing and enterprise wide supply chain systems. In addition, her 14 years of experience as a successful small business entrepreneur is a great fit for Teresis, a small, woman-owned business.

She is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) and a co-founder and current member of the Board of Directors of the greater Los Angeles chapter of FEWA. She holds B.A. and Master's degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California.
