Possible restructure of the Eitzen Group's global dry bulk activities           

Camillo Eitzen & Co ASA has informed the board of directors of D/S Orion A/S    
that an internal restructuring of a part of the Eitzen Group activities is
currently being evaluated. This restructuring may include D/S Orion A/S and may
result in a separate listing of the Eitzen Group's global dry bulk activities
on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. 

An announcement will be made in due course as soon as the outcome of these
