He has taught employment law and human resource courses at universities in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina, and has trained more than five thousand employees in fighting workplace discrimination. He is the author of three books, as well as numerous professional articles about employee issues.

Nancy Ruddy received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Bowling Green State University and has been a practicing psychologist for more than eighteen years.
