About changes to the composition of the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” Council

On the extraordinary shareholders` meeting of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”, held on
September 7th, 2009, the changes were made to the composition of the Council of
AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”. New AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” Council shall be elected
for three years; the new term shall be effective on September 7th, 2009. The
work in the position of the Council member of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” will
proceed Raimondas Baranauskas, Aleksandrs Antonovs, Oļegs Suhorukovs, Naglis
Stancikas and new Council members Vladimirs Antonovs and Mārtiņš Bondars.
Maksims Ančipolovskis was not repeatedly elected in the position of Council
member of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”. On the Council meeting of AS “Latvijas
Krājbanka”, held on September 8th, 2009, Raimondas Baranauskas was elected the
chairman of the Council, and Aleksandrs Antonovs - the deputy chairman of the
Council.
