Lyngby www.rd.dk Telefon 7012 5300 Telefax 4514 9624 12 October 2009 Company Announcement number 71 - 2009 Realkredit Danmark will issue new bonds to fund FlexLån® with refinancing on 1 April Realkredit Danmark will issue new mortgage covered bonds in series 10S and 10Q with maturities from 2011 to 2021 to fund all new FlexLån® as of 1 march 2010. The new bonds will mature on 1 April and the new FlexLån® will therefore be refinanced with effect 1 April. FlexLån® dispersed or entered into a fixed rate agreement before 1 March 2010 will continue to be refinanced on 1 January. Realkredit Danmark has decided to introduce FlexLån® with interest reset date in April in order to have more than one yearly auction due to the increasing large amount of bonds to be sold on auction. The new mortgage covered bonds are comprised by the ”Base prospectus for mortgage covered bonds issued by Realkredit Danmark A/S” which can be downloaded at www.rd.dk/Investor. In appendix 1 a complete list of the new bonds is enclosed.
