NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Design Marketing Concepts, Inc. (DMC) (Pink Sheets:CSHA), currently listed on Pink Sheets and other stock boards as Casa Havana, Inc., is proud to announce that it has entered into strong negotiations to acquire 100% of WAMB Marketing Group.

Thomas Gaffney, CEO and Chairman states, "Acquiring WAMB Marketing Group will give us the opportunity of expanding our lead generation and marketing programs into the travel and vacation industry; a multi-billion dollar a year industry."

Design Marketing Concepts, Inc. has retained the law firm of Dieterich & Mazarei, LP of Los Angeles, California to apply with Standard and Poors for its new CUSIP number, so that the company name can officially be changed on all stock trading Boards from Casa Havana, Inc. to Design Marketing Concepts, Inc. Once a new CUSIP number is issued, FINRA and NASDAQ Compliance will change the name. These changes should occur in the short future.
