of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany,
ISIN: DE0007289001 crossed above the threshold of 3% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 3.66% (418,633 voting
rights).

FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG on 28 October 2009, that on 27 October 2009 the share of voting rights
in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001
crossed above the threshold of 3% and that the percentage of voting rights
on that day amounted to 3.81% (436,043 voting rights).
All voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited inter alia
from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG.

FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, UK, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG on 28 October 2009, that on 27 October 2009
the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 crossed above the threshold of 3% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 3.81% (436,043 votings
rights).
Of this amount, 0.09% (10,000 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG and 3.72% (426,043 voting rights) is to
be attributed pursuant section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
