Decision of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Board (as of November 9, 2009, Minutes No.
09-102) 

Securities of AB Kauno tiekimas will be removed from the Secondary Trading
List. Taking into account distribution of securities among the investors and a
possible effect of the removal from the Secondary Trading List on interests of
the investors, to set effective date of the decision from December 31, 2009:

At the request of the issuer (following the provisions of items 18.3., 18.4.,
