SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 9, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On Monday, November 9th the Polycold(R) Systems product group of Brooks Automation, will present a paper on HCFC-free refrigerants at the annual meeting of the American Vacuum Society. The Monday Vacuum Technology session is on the topic "Vacuum Contamination and Pumping", and the presentation is titled "Water Vapor Cryopumping: Refrigerant Phaseout Compliance."
Brooks' HCFC-free Refrigerants(TM) are recognized and approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under its Significant New Alternative Policy as an alternative to mixed refrigerant blends that contain R-22 and other increasingly regulated HCFC's.
