The temporary ISIN - DK0060177541 DK0060191534 (Jyske Bank, nye) - will be
amalgamated with the existing ISIN and thus delisted from trading and official
listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S as per 10 December 2009.
Consequently, the nominal share capital and the number of shares will be changed
in Jyske Bank's existing ISIN, cf. below.
Thus, last day of trading of the temporary ISIN will be 9 December 2009.
