HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - January 12, 2010) - ERHC Energy Inc. (OTCBB : ERHE ), a publicly

all the documents taken by federal investigators from its corporate
headquarters in May 2006. A total of 106 boxes containing original archival
records from the Company's inception until 2006 have been returned.
