Neonet AB till observationsavdelning/Neonet AB to the observation segment (23/10)

Orc Software AB offentliggjorde den 25 januari 2010 ett pressmeddelande med
information om ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Neonet AB.
Enligt gällande regelverk blir ett bolag noterat på NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
placerat på observationsavdelningen om bolaget är föremål för ett offentligt
uppköpserbjudande eller om en budgivare har offentliggjort sin avsikt att lämna
ett erbjudande med avseende på bolaget. 

Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att handeln
med aktierna i Neonet AB (NEO, ISIN-kod SE0000706913 orderboks-ID 11165) skall
ske på observationsavdelningen. Aktierna överförs fr.o.m. imorgon den 26
januari 2010. 

Orc Software AB published on January 25th, 2010 a press release with
information about a public offer to the shareholders in Neonet AB. The current
rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB state that a listed company will be placed
on the observation segment if the company is subject to a public offer or if a
bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the
company. 
	
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided
that the shares in Neonet AB (NEO, ISIN-code SE0000706913 orderbook-ID 11165)
will be placed on the observation segment. The shares will be transferred with
effect from tomorrow January 26th 2010.
