RELEASE OF MARTELA CORPORATIONS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2009    
               
Martela Corporation's financial statements for 2009 will be released on         
Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 8.30 a.m. The financial statements and          
presentation material will be published at that time on the company's website.  

An event for analysts, portfolio managers and media will be held on Wednesday,  
February 10, 2010 at 10.30-11.30 in T-hetki which is located in Narinkka square 
of the Kamppi Center in Helsinki. T-hetki is located by the gateway of the      
Kamppi Center and Forum, entrance from the Narinkka square (www.t-hetki.fi).    

The financial statements is presented by CEO Heikki Martela.                    

At the event also Director Panu Ala-Nikkola discusses the topic of “Martela     
services support change management”.
