NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on its meeting of March 1, 2010, applied surveillance status to AS „Parex Banka” and OJSC „Technikabank”. The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules. AS „Parex Banka” and OJSC “Technikabank” have failed to submit their 12 months financial reports of 2009 by March 1, 2010.
