Raptor Gaming Technology GmbH, daughter company of 
Raptor Technology AG (ISIN: CH0100475216; Austrian Code: RAP; 
WKN: A0RLJU) has signed a partnership agreement with 
Turtle Entertainment GmbH.

Turtle is the European market leader in the field of electronic sports
(eSport). With its Electronic Sports League (ESL) they are active in 37
countries around the globe. More than 2.3 Mio. registered users lead to
more than 10 Mio. visits on www.esl.eu each month. These numbers makes
www.esl.eu to one of the biggest websites in Germany.

Raptor Gaming Technology will be the partner for the second highest
international league of the ESL, the ESL Major Series. The partnership
consists of multiple joint marketing activities such as market research,
newsletter, joint PR and inclusion of the users of www.esl.eu in future
product concepts.

Furthermore the RAPTOR-GAMING keyboards and mice got certified by the ESL
and are now carrying the 'ESL certified' seal.

The partnership agreement starts on the 1st of April 2010 and is agreed for
the period of one year.
