Derivatives: Adjustment in Orion due to non regular distribution (09/10)

Orion Corporation's (Orion) Annual General Meeting (AGM), on March 24, 2010,
approved the proposed repayment of capital of EUR 0.10 per share. The Ex-date
is March 25, 2010. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a
re-calculation of options and forwards in Orion
