TOKYO--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) - This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.
During the fiscal year ended 31 Mar, 2010, All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (ANA) issued 575,000,000 new ordinary shares, and did not repurchase any of its own shares.
As a result, at 31 March 2010 ANA issued share capital consists of 2,524,959,257 ordinary shares.
At 31 March 2010 ANA holds 4,159,034 shares in Treasury.
ANA's articles of incorporation provide that 1,000 shares constitute one unit. In accordance with Japan's Company Law, a holder of shares constituting less one unit cannot exercise any voting rights pertaining to those shares.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights at 31 March 2010 is 2,508,217.
