NEW YORK and GUANGZHOU, China, April 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sino Green Land Corporation (OTCBB:SGLA), a leading distributor of high-end fruits and vegetables in China, today announced that it has appointed Ms. Sheena Shen as Vice President of Finance.
Ms. Shen has extensive experience at some of the world's most prestigious financial institutions, including Deloitte & Touche LLP, UBS Warburg, and JPMorgan Chase. Ms. Shen was an equity research associate following the consumer goods industry at UBS Warburg. In 2000, Ms. Shen joined JP Morgan Securities and became an associate analyst covering the food industry. Ms. Shen spent over six years at JPMorgan Chase and held various senior analyst positions. Most recently, she spent three years as the Managing Partner of Great Wall Research, where she provided financial advice to US-listed Chinese companies, and consulted PRC companies in seeking international venture capital or private equity funds. Prior to that, she served as the Controller of Masada Group Technologies, where she was responsible for the company's accounting and financial operations. Ms. Shen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University Hawaii. Ms. Shen is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
