Peab builds shopping centre in Seinäjoki Peab's Finnish subsidiary Peab OY has been contracted to build the first phase of a new shopping centre in Seinäjoki. The customer is NV Property Fund I Ky and the contract amounts to EUR 20 million. The first phase covers about 11 000 square meters and when the mall is completed, there will be a total of about 50,000 sqm. The parties have agreed on further cooperation in this project.
