Camelot Unveils 2010 Cannes Line-Up

Camelot Distribution Group and DarKnight Pictures Premiering New Titles at Marche du Film


LOS ANGELES, May 11, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:CMGR) ("Camelot") announced today that Camelot Distribution Group ("CDG") and DarKnight Pictures ("DKP") have released their line-up for the Marche du Film in Cannes, France.   CDG President Jamie Thompson, V.P. of Sales and Distribution Jeffrey Giles, and V.P. of Marketing and PR Jessica Kelly will be representing Camelot at the market, which takes place during the Cannes Film Festival from May 12-23, 2010.

CDG's slate includes:

Skateland, an official selection at Sundance Film Festival, is about a 19-year-old roller skating manager who realizes that it's time to face family issues, a crush, and his future.  Screenings are scheduled May 12 at 1:30pm and May 18 at 9:30am, both in Gray 4.

Fink!, starring Avatar's Sam Worthington, is an action adventure where multiple paths cross, all centering on crime lord Terrance Fink. 

Screwball: The Ted Whitfield Story follows the rise and fall of fictional wiffleball icon Ted Whitfield.

The Fallen is a story about a rescue mission that turns into a forbidden treasure hunt.

DKP's line-up includes:

National Lampoon's Dirty Movie is a racy comedy about loony filmmakers whose dream is to make a movie consisting only of jokes.  The film debuts on May 14 at 5:30 in Gray 4.

Nude Nuns with Big Guns is about Sister Sarah taking revenge on all those who did her wrong, including clergy and biker gangs. The film premieres on May 15 at 8:30 in Palais E.

Just released on DVD, Never Sleep Again is a retrospective of the past 25 years of the Nightmare on Elm Street Legacy.

The thriller Wreckage, still in post-production, finds four teenagers stranded in a wreckage yard who mysteriously begin disappearing one by one.

Samurai Avenger: The Blind Wolf, in spaghetti western spirit, follows a blind man seeking revenge against the psychopath who took away his sight and slaughtered his family.
