NCC to construct apartments in Stavanger for SEK175 million 

NCC Construction Norway is to construct 101 apartments in a residential project
in Stavanger. The client is Tou Näringspark and the order value is approximately
SEK 175 million. 



The project comprises three buildings positioned above two levels with parking
and business premises. 

The contract comprises the first three stages of the Tou Park residential
project. Development company Tou Näringspark is responsible for the development
of the area of Stavanger in question.

Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2010 and is subject to the
required official permits. The construction period is anticipated to be two
years.

Order registration will occur in the third quarter of 2010.
