Per Grieg jr. has been authorised to represent Halde Invest AS' 18,502,000 shares on Grieg Seafood ASA's General Meeting 27 May 2010. Per Grieg jr., who is a primary insider of Grieg Seafood ASA, will therefore be able to vote for 63.54% of the company's shares on the above mentioned General Meeting.
