HQ AB blir observationsnoterat/HQ AB receives observation status (112/10)

HQ AB offentliggjorde den 8 juni 2010 ett pressmeddelande med information om
att bolaget ställer in en tidigare offentliggjord emission samt att bolaget
säljer HQ Fonder till Öresund. HQ AB offentliggjorde i samma pressmeddelande
att bolaget avser genomföra en företrädesemission om upp till 1 000 MSEK för
att möjliggöra ett återköp av HQ Fonder och säkra den finansiella stabiliteten.
Enligt gällande regelverk kan ett bolag noterat på NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
observationsnoteras om någon omständighet föreligger som föranleder en
väsentlig osäkerhet avseende bolaget eller priset på det noterade värdepappret. 
 
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att 
aktierna i HQ AB (HQ, ISIN-code SE0000622656, orderbook-ID 5219) ska
observationsnoteras. Aktierna observationsnoteras fr.o.m. imorgon den 9 juni
2010. 

HQ AB published on June 8th, 2010 a press release with information about the
fact that the company withdraws an earlier announced issue and sells HQ Fonder
to Öresund. HQ AB published in the same press release that the company will
conduct a rights issue of up to 1 000 MSEK to enable a repurchase of  HQ Fonder
and to secure the financial stability. The current rules of NASDAQ OMX
Stockholm state that a listed company can be given an observation status if any
circumstance exists that results in substantial uncertainty regarding the
company or the pricing of the listed securities. 
	
With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that
the shares in HQ AB (HQ, ISIN-code SE0000622656, orderbook-ID 5219) will be
given an observation status. The shares will be given an observation status
with effect from tomorrow June 9th 2010.
