Norsk Hydro ASA's (Hydro) Extra General Meeting (EGM), on June 21, 2010, approved the proposed rights issue (7:23), whereby shareholders are entitled to seven (7) new shares for every twenty-three (23) shares held. The subscription price is set at NOK 26.30 per share. The Ex-date is June 22, 2010. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in Hydro.
