Regarding JSC „Parex banka” NASDAQ OMX Vilnius membership transfer to JSC „Citadele banka” as of August 2, 2010

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia
(Government) on the restructuring of JSC „Parex banka” on March 23, 2010, JSC
„Citadele banka“ was established on 30 June 2010.  Taking into account the
request of JSC „Parex banka” and JSC „Citadele banka“, NASDAQ OMX Vilnius
Management Board decided to ensure transfer of membership of JSC „Parex banka”
to JSC „Citadele banka”. All the rights and liabilities of the JSC „Parex
banka” related to the JSC „Parex banka” membership in the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius
will be transferred to the JSC „Citadele banka” as of August 2, 2010.
