In announcement no.2 dated 18 January 2010, Solar A/S announced that the
Finnish subsidiary Solar Suomi Oy had divested its business activities to
Ahlsell Oy.
Since then Jyrki Lignell, Chief Executive Director (CED) at Solar Suomi Oy, has
been at the disposal of the Solar Group and has contributed greatly in
connection with the divestment of the remaining assets in the subsidiary and
also regarding the Group's Solar 8000 project.
Jyrki Lignell has now decided to resign, and in that connection he wishes to
make use of his right to stock options. He has bought 3,067 shares at an
exercise price of DKK 148.53 per share. The shares have been bought from the
company's own portfolio of shares, which now represents 65,153 shares.
