Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A. is Investigating Investment Losses in Accounts Held With Peregrine Financial Group, Options 2 Futures, Michael Young, Terry Sacka, and Chris Smithers

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The law firm of Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A. (http://www.dkrpa.com) announced today that it has filed National Futures Association arbitration claims to recover investment losses suffered in accounts held with Peregrine Financial Group, Inc., Options 2 Futures, LLC, Michael Young, Terry Sacka, and Chris Smithers.

Peregrine Financial Group, Inc. ("Peregrine") is a Futures Commission Merchant that served as the guaranteeing firm for the introducing broker-dealer, Options 2 Futures. In other words, Peregrine assumed responsibility for Options 2 Futures' conduct. Although Options 2 Futures no longer is conducting business, Options 2 Futures, Michael Young, Terry Sacka, and Chris Smithers may have caused investment losses for which Peregrine is responsible.

Specifically, on information and belief, Chris Smithers was not registered to sell securities or futures contracts, and may have engaged in unsuitable and unregistered futures trading, churning, and charging of excessive commissions.

If you have suffered losses in conjunction with funds invested with Peregrine, Options 2 Futures, Michael Young, Terry Sacka, or Chris Smithers, you may contact the attorneys at Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A. for a free case evaluation.
