Agfa-Gevaert publishes this information in accordance with the act of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market.

Pursuant to the closing of the public rights offering the information as per 12 November 2010 after the notarial deed of capital increase has to be updated as follows:

Agfa-Gevaert holds 4,099,852 of its own shares now representing 2.39%.

 

 

According to Agfa-Gevaert NV's bylaws, the threshold as from which a shareholding needs to be disclosed, has been set at 3%.

Notifications

The notifications on the basis of the transparency legislation should be transmitted to both Agfa-Gevaert NV and the Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA).
