RAS sorts troubleshooting data, displays it in a usable manner and identifies issues. Instead of product experts spending days or weeks combing through data, they simply load it into RAS and, within moments, have a searchable information set that they can use to quickly locate issues.
RAS analyzes data from the test lab, integration center, regulatory lab or slot floor -- anywhere a RadBlue product can be connected. Product users, located anywhere in the world, can now easily export messaging data from any RadBlue tool and send it to product experts for review in RAS.
RAS promises to revolutionize the G2S and S2S troubleshooting process by dramatically improving the ability to retrieve and analyze data.
