R.H. Macy Veteran Leslie Ball Tapped Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Cinsay, Inc.


LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 25, 2011) - Leslie Ball has been named Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, it was announced today by Christian Briggs, Chairman of the Board, Cinsay, Inc. Cinsay, Inc. is an integrated media, software and e-commerce company whose proprietary video player technology allows for unprecedented marketing and sales capabilities in the enterprise e-commerce sector. Ball joins Briggs in oversight of Cinsay's Board of Directors, and will also take an active role in the company's management. The company's Board of Directors has expanded substantially over the past 60 days, with the appointments of industry leaders Tim Rothwell, Michael Jay Solomon and Stephen Rossetti recently announced.

Leslie Ball most recently served as CEO and President of Corral West Ranchwear, where he guided the company in becoming one of the largest retailers of western and workware in the U.S., with 140 retails stores nationally. Previously, at Montgomery Ward Corporation, he served as President of Softgoods and Foreign Offices, as well as Executive Vice President, a role in which he directed the company's apparel business. Most notably, Ball served for 22 years in various capacities at R.H. Macy, Inc. There, he was President of Macy's East, President of Macy's Wholesale, President of Macy's South, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Macy's Midwest. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the Detroit Institute of Technology.
