Patent No. 7,840,383 Issued for Energy Management Solution

People Power's cloud based Energy Services Platform, announced in November of 2010, is an open energy management platform that manages and controls internet-enabled equipment and devices. The patent covers technology developed by People Power that scans and determines actively connected appliances, registers the list of connected appliances to a remote server, and reports power usage on the appliances.
