OEM International acquires British trading company

OEM International´s affiliate, OEM Automatic Ltd, has today acquired
Echobeach. Echobeach is a trading company with a yearly turnover of
approximately MSEK 12, marketing electrical components in Great Britain.

-         Thanks to this acquisition we expand our product portfolio
with competitive electrical components and our offer becomes even better
in important British market segments, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing
Director and CEO for OEM International.

Echobeach will be integrated with OEM Automatic in Great Britain during
spring 2011. The purchase sum amounts to approximately MSEK 4.5 plus an
additional purchase sum based on the business development 2011.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM's profit
for the current year.
