Sergey L. Sundukovskiy Joins Cinsay, Inc. as Vice President, Engineering

Company Continues to Assemble World Class Technology Team in Preparation for Major Staff Expansion


LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Apr 21, 2011) - Software development veteran Sergey L. Sundukovskiy has been named Vice President, Engineering for Cinsay, Inc., it was announced today by Matthew D. Papish, President and CEO, Cinsay, Inc. Sundukovskiy is a seasoned technology veteran who has led eCommerce initiatives for such prestigious firms as Integrated Media Solutions, DIRECTV, LowerMyBills/Experian, and Vantage Media, among others. Sundukovskiy will report to Rick Spitz, who was recently named Chief Technology Officer for Cinsay. These executive appointments come on the heels of a recent announcement that Pepperwood Partners of Dallas has entered into a definitive agreement to provide up to $40 million in financing to Cinsay.

The company also has formed a dedicated health/beauty/skin/personal care subsidiary called CinsaYtions, which already has numerous celebrity contracts in place, including those with Montel Williams, "The View's" Elizabeth Hasselbeck and Supermodel and TV host Kim Alexis.

Sergey L. Sundukovskiy, Ph.D. has over 15 years of experience serving in capacities ranging from Chief Architect to CIO, including experience in building IT organizations from the ground up in both startup and Fortune 100 companies, such as Vantage Media, Experian, DirecTV, Disney, Wedding Channel, and many others.
