Lübker Golf A/S will be delisted from First North as per 6 May 2011. The company is delisted due to adoption on AGM held on 29 April 2001 to reduce the share capital to DKK 0 to cover loss.
The trading of the shares will still be suspended up to and including today, 5 May 2011. Thus, 5 May 2011 will be the last day of trading of the company’s shares on First North.
