Final values and redemption amount for DB Klima 11
Announcement regarding final values and redemption amount for Danske Bank A/S’ notes DB Klima 11
On June 8, 2009, Danske Bank issued equity-linked notes related to a basket of 9 climate technology shares. The notes are designated “DB Klima 11” (ISIN DK0030170600).
In accordance with the Applicable Final Terms, Danske Bank A/S as calculation agent has determined the final share values which equal the arithmetic average of the value of each of the shares on each of the days 10 May 2011, 11 May 2011, 12 May 2011, 13 May 2011, 16 May 2011, 18 May 2011, 19 May 2011, 23 May 2011, 24 May 2011 and 25 May 2011, respectively, and has determined the share basket performance to be:

On the basis of the share basket performance, the calculation agent has calculated the redemption amount of the notes to be price 100.00 equal to DKK 10,000.00 per nominal amount of DKK 10,000.00.
The notes will be redeemed on June 8, 2011.
