ERGO Lebensversicherung Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Germany, has informed
us that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG exceeded  the thresholds
of 3% and 5% on June 16, 2011. ERGO Lebensversicherung Aktiengesellschaft
held 5.75% of the voting rights (3,288,872 shares) at this day.
