24/06/2011 that its voting rights announcement of 20/06/2011 is to be
regarded as null and void because the voting rights of Flossbach von Storch
SICAV in Drillisch AG, Maintal, Germany, had not reached or exceeded the
threshold of 3% as per 17/06/2011. The announcement of 22/06/2011 is hereby
retracted.
