has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG)

The percentage of the voting rights of Lyxor International Asset Management
S.A. in RWE AG has fallen below the threshold of 3 % on 20 June 2011 and
amounted to 2.64% (13,810,589 voting rights) on that day. All voting rights
are indirectly attributable to Lyxor International Asset Management S.A.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the

The percentage of the voting rights of Lyxor Asset Management S.A. in RWE
AG has fallen below the threshold of 3 % on 20 June 2011 and amounted to
