Arizona State University Renews Its Partnership With Paciolan

Achieves 300 Percent Increase in Online Renewals Over 2010

IRVINE, CA and MESA, AZ--(Marketwire - Jul 19, 2011) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that Arizona State University ("ASU") has renewed its partnership with the company. Leveraging the company's ticketing system along with the athletic department's rebranding launch, ASU has renewed 90 percent of its season ticket holders for the upcoming season. Through innovative marketing campaigns, ASU has also increased its online football season renewals by more than 300 percent over the 2010 season.

"Working with Paciolan, we're able to leverage their expertise and partnerships with more than 100 universities that are trying to accomplish similar goals," said Jason Bunger, director of ticket operations for Arizona State University. "Paciolan delivers industry best practices and strategies that allow us to stand on the shoulders of our peers, put our twist on a program and achieve our own aggressive goals."

To better serve donors in the Sun Devil Club, ASU has also enhanced its online capabilities through the interface of Paciolan's online ticketing and donor solutions. "We are working towards a goal of receiving 100 percent of our premium seating contributions online," added Bunger. "With the Paciolan online ticketing and DonorNet software in place, that goal can be achieved."

Arizona State is an early adopter of Paciolan's CRM solution that has been deployed within the ASU Sales Academy. By leveraging the CRM system, ASU has been able to drive sales and heighten customer service by effectively managing leads, reviewing and tracking customer accounts and contacts, and increasing the team's ability to sell tickets more quickly.

In the future, ASU plans to launch the Pac Social Media solution to engage Sun Devil fans, sell tickets, promote games and communicate special offers. To complement its Facebook presence, ASU plans to implement Paciolan's Facebook Connect sharing functionality into its ticketing and confirmation pages. This feature will allow fans to share which game they purchased tickets to and invite their friends to join them -- all without ever leaving the team's ticketing page.

Arizona State is also taking advantage of Paciolan's search engine marketing services. Through search marketing, ASU has also been able to increase single ticket sales in the Phoenix, Ariz. area resulting in a more than 125 percent ROI for its search marketing campaigns.

"We're excited to work with ASU to accomplish its many athletics initiatives, including its marketing push to achieve 100 percent renewals online," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "We look forward to continuing our partnership into the future as they continue to maintain a tradition of excellence."
