On July 19, 2011, Siemag Weiss Verwaltungs GmbH, Hilchenbach, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 19, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 84.46% (this corresponds to 7770299 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 84.46%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7770299 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Siemag Weiss GmbH & Co. KG, SMS Holding GmbH
and  SMS GmbH.
