Major Shareholder Announcement
The reduction of Rella Holding A/S’ share capital from DKK 25,600,000 to DKK 24,700,000 adopted at the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2011was registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency on 15 July 2011.
The reduction will take place through the cancellation of 900,000 shares from Rella Holding A/S’ holding of treasury shares. The cancellation will be effective as from 26 July 2011.
After the cancellation, Rella Holding A/S no longer holds more than 5% of its own shares.
As of today, the Company’s holding of treasury shares amounts to 558,668 shares or 2.26% of the new share capital of DKK 24,700,000.
