informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 30, 2011 and
on that day amounted to 7.87% (this corresponds to 5646324 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 7.87% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5646324 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Shamrock Cedobar Limited via CG Delaware
Malta Limited, Cypress Grove International D L.P., Cypress Grove
International Associates LLC and CGI Partners L.P..
