Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on Danske Bank’s website, www.danskebank.com.
Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general meeting on 21 March 2013, must submit the proposal(s) to the Chairman and/or the Board of Directors Secretariat not later than Thursday, 14 February 2013, at 4pm.
