Compagnie Financière Tradition : Compagnie Financière Tradition SA announces management changes


Compagnie Financière Tradition SA ("CFT") announces that Mr Stephen Jack, has decided to resign from his roles as Group CFO and a member of the Executive Committee in order to concentrate on his non executive positions outside the Group. 

He will be replaced as Group CFO by Mr François Brisebois who will assume his new responsibilities on March 16 2012, after the CFT Board meeting to approve the 2011 group accounts. He will also become a member of the Executive Committee. Mr Brisebois joined the Group in 2002, and has been Group Financial Controller since 2009. Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, he worked for Ernst & Young in both Canada and Switzerland before joining CFT.

Mr Jack will stay with the Group, for a handover period, until June 2012.
