Primary insider and Director of Golar LNG Limited ("Golar") Mrs. K. Blankenship has exercised options to acquire 37,500 common shares in Golar at an average price of $9.24. Mrs Blankenship subsequently sold the same number of shares at an average price of $42.00. The options were originally granted in January 2006. After this transaction Mrs Blankenship holds 48,501 stock options to acquire common shares in Golar and owns 6,500 common shares.
