In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 224 of 20 March 2010 on major shareholders, it is hereby announced that Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. has informed TDC that on 14 February 2012 it acquired 59,069,932 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 59,069,932) in TDC, corresponding to 7.16% of the total share capital and 7.16% of the total voting rights.
Following the acquisition, Morgan Stanley holds 59,193,448 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 59,193,448) in TDC, corresponding to 7.17% of the total share capital and 7.17% of the total voting rights.
