PSI Group ASA, secondary listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the “Exchange”), has requested a delisting of the company’s shares from the Exchange.
The Exchange has approved the application and decided to delist the shares of PSI Group (PSI-SEK, ISIN-code NO0010098247, orderbook-ID 57861).
The last day of trading will be March 16, 2012.
