Birthe Tofting has been elected as a new member of the Board of Roblon A/S at
the Annual General Meeting on 28.02.12.
Birthe Tofting has been employed with Vola A/S since 1985 and has the following
managerial posts:

Member of the Board of EV Metalværk A/S and CRECEA A/S.
Previous managerial posts:
Member of the Board of Design Concern A/S and CVU - further and higher technical
/mercantile educations at Vitus Bering.
Member of the Alumni Panel, Faculty for Language and Business Communication,
Aarhus School of Business.
Birthe Tofting joins the Board of Directors with immediate effect and replaces
Director Henrik Hougaard.
